Primary Care Networks are groups of GP Practices working together as a network, in which they are commissioned to deliver Enhanced Services. These services are provided by practices, over and above the core 8am-6pm contract. From 1st October 2022, PCNs have been asked to undertake patient engagement, to ensure the new service meets the needs of the local population.
